Why isnt there more evolutionary diversity and variation in humans like camauflaging or more eyes?

just wondering why we dont see hammer-head humans (like sharks) or why some humans dont have the ability to change color and camouflage themselves. i

just wondering why we dont see hammer-head humans (like sharks) or why some humans dont have the ability to change color and camouflage themselves. is it because our evolutionary path led to bigger brains to eventually help us see at night and fly to the moon, which then negated the need for 2 pairs of eyes or wings?
isnt there still a possibility that a human can be born who can see at night like lions, or is a hammerhead to help hunting and improve survival chances?

or:The fact is that evolution (that is nature) only gives organisms what they actually need. If humans had a specific need for extra eyes we would have them the same goes for camouflage. We need neither, nature gave us something better than both, we have a neck that moves and eyes that swivel (so we don't need eyes in the back of our heads), our eyes face forward and are good at judging distance, all predators have this arrangement, all prey animals have their eyes on the side of their heads so as to look out for the predators. We don't need camouflage because we are able to use our minds and hands to fashion our own out of paint, clothes or foliage. So to this point you answered your own question. The second part of your question regarding the development of humans has some merit. However, we have no need for these developments either as we are able to make it possible to see in the night using tools. Hammerheads however have that particular specialization for a purpose that we will never have. We have not finished evolving and although we can see where some of that is going to lead us, losing our pinkie, appendix (and other vestigial organs), the coccyx (vestigial tail), hair, getting larger heads etc. Getting night vision like Riddick could only happen (as it does in the film) if we were removed to somewhere whence nature would see that as necessary. Should humans seed the Galaxy we may see some extreme specializations over time depending on the environments.
