or:it's probably not a circulation problem If it's an on and off feeling. Yet there may be a number of explanations if it involves hands and feet. When your extremeties are in this state, are they warm or cold? Cold may be neurological, a result of a number of ills. Does your job or life present you with repetitive physical motions? Arelative of carpal tunnel can affect the feet. Is it creeping up your limbs? One possibility could be a medication response? Any newer prescriptions that fit your timeline? Any past major injury to your spine? Could be the beginnings of neuralgia. I guess what I'm saying is that there are any number of causes. Even aging. So make a list of all your symptoms, and if your PCP can't answer you see a neurologist. Does heat help?
