or:The larger the wheel circumference, the faster and farther you will go with minimal effort. So a bike has greater mileage.

or:Scooters have small wheel circumference as this soo it contacts with road is more... As contact is more friction is more.. Which leads to more power consumption.. Which lowers fuel efficiency of scooters than bikes.
