Why they don't get hurt?

I saw a Ballbusting movie, and i felt hurt even by watching (not realy), but why dont the Actors get hurt? I think i will pass out if i get kicked so

or:They have stunt doubles that come in and do that stuff for them they are specifically trained for that..
