Woke up and my arm is tense and can't put it done straight to rest it?
So I went to the gym yesterday to do arm day and I have woke up this morning with not being able to put my arm straight its in that much agony but it
So I went to the gym yesterday to do arm day and I have woke up this morning with not being able to put my arm straight it's in that much agony but it seems to be only the one arm and the other one is fine? Anyone know anything I could do about it?
