I have worked in my current job for 11 years over the last few years been moved up to manager however over the last few weeks I have been suspended they have said due to gross miss conduct..in all the years ive worked there ive never been in troublee r questioned.. Apparently they think I have been stealing I honestly have not but don't no what I have done wrong.. I work in a restaurant that gives out alot of discounts and five of my transactions have been questioned I cashed of a table say of 20 pound n then discounted it a few mins later but they think the customer had left as I charged them full amount and then discounted.. inatead of diacountimg first. but my sales should have been up at end of night and they wernr so I don't no were the money has went.. The debit card recipt says the amount I have charged and the till recipt is the dicounted one but they do not match when they should anyone any ideas what o have done as I have wrecked my brains thinking why would I have discounted after taking full payment.. thanks any help r ideas what i have mayb done wrong cos i know how it looks but dont have answers all i know is that i have not stolen
