Xbox One vs Xbox 360?

I'm trying to get a friend to upgrade to Xbox One so that me and him can experience the new franchises that are going to come out someday. But my friend, who has barely touched an Xbox One at a friend's house, says its a pile of worthless crap. He doesn't want to get one cause of that fact that Xbox One is basically just a pointless upgrade from 360. He keeps asking me to list at least 5 features that the Xbox One has that 360 doesn't. I need help. I'm not looking a list of upgrades or the capacity of the console, I just need solid features that it includes. Upgrades mean things like: Better servers, new operating system, look and feel, capabilities, what it can handle etc. Features would be something like: broadcasting abilities, exclusive things on it, some things that you can do on it that you couldn't do on 360. I don't wanna make 360 sound expired or left behind, I just want a way to explain how it can be better if you decided to get into it and see what its really about. How can I make it seem worth getting besides the simple upgrades on the hardware ans such. Please give me ideas. I haven't even explored everything on the One my self yet. Anything would help :)

or:i would suggest ps4 over xbox one. but just tell him to google new upcoming games for next gen consoles. im sure he cant be like xbox360 is better. with old gen you cant really get anymore games or updates these days. so its time for a change.
