Jorge Cardoso Teixeira,based in the city of Trofa.More recently, the company transferred its social Headquarters to Vila Nova de Famalicão, where it acquired a larger, new space, responding to growing needs that the search for new markets has enabled.The Company has been focused on providing Architecture and Urban Planning services, having yet come to play some specialized areas within the architecture of the universe,including the development of projects in the field of media and communications, administrative buildings, hotels and tourism, health services, industry, commercial enterprises, collective and public housing.At the level of individual housing, ADA achieve expertise in disciplines such as Home Automation, structures for roofs and facades in structural glass, fixed and mobile. It has also developed several projects in design furniture and urban equipment.WORK PROCESSPRELIMINARY STUDYWhether you own land or are still looking, we'll send out our team to advise you on the benefits and challenges of each site and how best to deliver your project based on an in-depth site review.CONCEPTUAL DESIGNOur architects will work with you to review your budget and finalize the project layout to create conceptual plans. Based on these plans, we can provide a project estimate and timeline.REGULATIONSEvery state and local administration can be different when it comes to regulations. Our architects will verify the feasibility of the project so it's designed and built to meet local requirements.CONSTRUCTIONAfter approval of the project, we start the supervision of the project construction, so the initial plans are respected until the work is completed.SERVICESARCHITECTURAL DESIGNArchitecture has to do with planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience to reflect functional, technical, social, environmental and aesthetic considerations. Urban planning guides and ensures the orderly development of settlements and satellite communities which commute into and out of urban areas.INTERIOR DESIGNInterior Design implies that there is more of an emphasis on planning, functional design and effective use of space involved in this profession, as compared to interior decorating.
