OEM License OEM LicenseAllows pre-installed fonts to be delivered together with the manufacturer’s hardware equipment or software (such as printers, video games, etc). Licensee shall not allow users to extract the fonts from the equipment or use them for any other purpose. Cost varies depending on the number of fonts used and number of produced units. Please provide specific information about your product (including selling price) and the number of produced units for a price quote. ePub EULA ePublication End User License AgreementThis is a legal agreement between you and AlfaType (“AlfaType”). Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and upon payment of the license fee AlfaType grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable right to use the AlfaType font software (“font software”) subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This is not an agreement for sale of the font software or any portion or copy of it.Font SoftwareThe font software you selected for purchase, is the property of AlfaType and/or its suppliers.
