Founded by Isaac Blagogee, a certified exercise scientist, Faith Fitness is a local up and coming sports program focusing on Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance and Injury Prevention for athletes of all sports.Faith Fitness will being working alongside the clubs coaching staff to provide the Allentown United squads top quality fitness and conditioning sessions which will give us a competitive edge on game days.
