The majority of the studios are in the first floor overlooking the sea. On the ground floor the studios have a view of the garden.The sea is just 40m away (Lee central beach) and the village center is 250m away.PreviousNextTHE STUDIOSThe StudiosThere are 6 Studios on the 1st floor (no lift available) with balcony and 6 studios on the ground floor with terrace. The accommodation is self catering. All studios have two beds, kitchenette (2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and other kitchen equipment (suitable for preparation of light snacks), shower and WC, air-condition and hairdryer in all the rooms. For families with babies ANGELA STUDIOS provide free cots. Maid services are provided 6 days per week. Many temples and structures such as the Acropolis of Rhodes were built in this time period. In 480 BC, the three earliest city-states of Rhodes, Ialyssos, Lindos, and Kameiros, combined and formed the modern town of Rhodes.  Rhodes fell under Macedonian domination. After the fall and fragmentation of the Empire of Macedonia, the island of Rhodes fought for its freedom and triumphed in 305 BC. During this period  the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, was constructed and straddled the harbor.Rhodes was conquered successively by Romans, Turks, Persians, and Saracens. The history of Rhodes was primarily marked by the occupation from the Venetians in the Medieval times. The Knights of Saint John fortified the City of Rhodes with citadels, castles and built the Palace of the Grand Master.In 1523, after a long siege, the Ottomans conquered the island and remained under their control until 1912, when Italians took over the island for about 30 years. In 1947, Rhodes and all Dodecanese islands finally became part of the Greek State.Lindos, is a town and an archaeological site on the east coast of the Greek island of Rhodes, in the Dodecanese. It was founded by the Dorians led by the king Tlepolemus of Rhodes, who arrived in about the 10th century BC.With the magical bay and the perfect Greek sun Lindos village is the definition of a romantic Greek holiday location. The magic of Lindos is enhached.
