I connected with the elders of my tribe who walked with me through the creative-healing process, which has supported me through many transitions and making life-changing decisions. They introduced me to other divination practices, including the I-Ching, Tarotpy®, Somatic Resonance & Expressive Movement.The majority of my life was spent overcoming the chaos and trauma of my childhood. At 30, I found myself searching for meaning while healing endless heartaches from loss, emotional imbalances, depression, fear and anxiety. In breaking through unconscious beliefs, I cleared obstructions that prevented me from loving myself and others.I learned how to set boundaries, value my worth (spiritually and monetarily), and know my vision and inspiration is not only legit, it’s invaluable. My experiences have taught me when we’re supported by others, seen and unseen, by our allies in dreams and in waking life, we are able to find true resilience, strength, courage and connection. There is much joy, love, and laughter to be found in the pain and grief we move through together. With deep gratitude for all that I have learned and continue to, I offer you the fruits of my personal creative-healing process. The Inner Growth Blueprint is the sacred counsel I developed through my years as an actor/artist, experiential theatre director/creative collaborator, yoga mama, dream reader and really good friend who makes a mean veggie lasagna.
