NewsletterCabernet Specials Current releaseBarterra Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 and 2010 The grapes for our 2009 and 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon were grown in Delmar’s vineyard, high above the Alexander Valley, at Napa’s northern end, where climate and soil are superb for Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Barterra purchased all of the fruit from Delmar in 2009 and 2010. The yield was 1000 total cases, 500 of each vintage, split in half for Reserve. The wine was aged in a combination of new French oak and second-year American oak. Today, there are approximately 25 cases of each remaining.
