All money goes directly to The BC Professional Firefighters’ Burn Fund. To date we have donated in excess of $60,000 to the Young Burn Survivors Camp here in BC. You will also be given a fire fighters wristband on each day which our competition teams look for in order to offer competition samples after each turnin for judging. Competitors samples ARE LIMITED AND NOT GUARANTEED! Competition Chili Samples are available Saturday at 2 & 3pm and BBQ samples on the hour from 11-2pm Sunday.Teams cook other ancillary categories on Saturday but these samples are very limited. Sunday BBQ samples are; 11am -Pulled Pork, 12pm -Beef Brisket, 1pm -Chicken and 2pm -Ribs WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!If you arrive with the hope that you can feed your family for your $5 donation you will be disappointed.
