Registering is as simple as providing your name to a cashier ... we don't ask for any more information and we'll never contact you for any reason. Cinema West Rewards Club membership is open to all customers 13 years of age and older, except employees of Cinema West (and its affiliated companies) and their immediate family members. Any other exclusions will be based on the judgment of Cinema West. Cinema West Rewards Club members will receive 5 points per admission ticket purchased at the box office by presenting your Cinema West Rewards Club membership card during the ticket purchase process. Members also earn one point for each dollar spent on concession purchases. To earn points, a Cinema West Rewards Club card MUST be presented to the cashier when purchasing tickets or concession items. NOTE: Each member may earn a maximum of 30 points per card, per day. Points are NOT earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes, or tickets purchased with the aid of a coupon. Points are NOT earned when purchasing gift cards but DO receive points for gift card redemption. For the purpose of calculating points earned when purchasing concession items, the system will round transaction totals to the nearest whole dollar. Members receive rewards each time 50 points are earned. See Reward Schedule for details. "FREE Movie Ticket" rewards are not valid for "No Pass Attractions", "Special Events" and D‐Box tickets. Free Movie rewards are not transferable and are good on the member's next visit. All Free Movie rewards are valid until the expiration date indicated. All concession item rewards are small size unless otherwise indicated. Rewards are void if illegible, altered, torn, or mutilated. Rewards must remain whole. All rewards are subject to verification by management. Cinema West Rewards Club cards are non‐transferable. Cinema West reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members. Cinema West cannot replace lost or stolen Cinema West Club Rewards cards.
