You tell us when you want it done by and we’ll make sure it’s done by then. Of course, typically, the more time we have to work on something, the better, but if you need it quicker, we’re prepared for that.As a general guide, simple/small design projects take around 24–48 hours and larger projects a couple days to a couple weeks. Are there any minimum terms or contracts?No, there are no terms or contracts. Our billing is month to month and you’re free to cancel anytime. Our clients choose to work with us long term because they love our service, not because of any contractual obligations. Most of our clients are with us for the long haul.What exactly can I request?Our designers are very versatile – if you can describe it, we can design it. Most requests are for standard marketing materials, logos, social media graphics, newsletters, brochures, signs, business cards, packaging design, presentation graphics, photo editing – all the usual stuff. But we can also help with less conventional design requests, such as softball jerseys, custom Christmas cards, or decals for company vehicles. Be as creative as you like.Will we always work with the same designer?Yes, for the most part – if you develop a relationship with a particular designer, they’ll get a much deeper understanding of your brand and expectations. However, there may be times when you’ll include some of our other designers on a project, maybe to help with the workload or because they’re a better fit for that project.Do you outsource your work? Where are your designers located?No, we don’t outsource any work. Our designers are all professional full-time in-house graphic designers located in Ontario, Canada.
