Committee members represent each of the utility industries and the excavating community. There are also committee members representing the city and county of Honolulu and the counties of Hawaii, Maui and Kauai.Because the law states that excavators must call before they dig, the HOCC is available to streamline the contact between excavators and the facility operators. Excavators can place one phone call instead of many.This website has been developed as a reference tool for the Hawaii One Call Law. It is hoped that by making this information readily available, all citizens of Hawaii involved in excavating around underground facilities will Dig Safely!
