It’s my heart home!I live in North Carolina but we visited and stayed in Yachats in September and fell in love with it. I would eventually like to move there.We have vacationed in Yachats twice and fallen in love with it — so much so that we just purchased property there!My parents made at least one pilgrimage a year to Yachats. Some of their ashes were scattered on the rocks. It is a delightful and special place. I live in the Portland suburbs and love visiting the beach for getaways. I really loved Yachats on a drive down the coast year before last. The feel of the town was really welcoming and lovely.We’ve been visiting for the last five years and each year we stay longer.We love Yachats! Our granddaughter is getting married there in June! People are so friendly and nice!Our family visits Yachats no less than 15 times a year. We love the community and treat the town like our own, with respect and love. I’ve been coming to Yachats for years. It’s one of my favorite places on Earth.Our first visit to the coast 12 years ago was to Yachats and we have been in love ever since. We have had vacation rentals almost every year from Yachats to Newport. Yachats is MAGICAL.We are in the process of building a second home in Yachats this year.
