EARLY REGISTRATION If you register before January 31, 2019 you will receive a $50 discount off the camp of your choice (only applies to 5 or 12-night programs). REFERRAL DISCOUNT We also offer a Referral Program discount which provides an opportunity for you to earn discounts (up to a free week of camp) while helping us recruit new campers. Our referral program is only eligible for our Overnight Camps, and provides a $50 discount for each new camper you refer. Please see our referral page for more information.For discounts on our Day Camp On Location programs please contact the church or organization hosting that week of Day Camp. Do you offer financial aid for campers? Overnight and Day Camp Programs: Financial aid, in the form of a partial assistance scholarship, is available to those in need. Financial assistance is approved by application only. Visit our Campership page to apply.To qualify for financial aid, camper must have an active Eagle Lake registration secured with $50 deposit (while the deposit is typically non-refundable, in the case that a registration must be cancelled due to insufficient financial assistance, the deposit will be refunded). Where can I find out about camp closures and changes? Our website is updated regularly with a list of all of the camps available for registration. Camps that are full are indicated with a full comment next to the specific dates. You may register yourself for the waiting list by following our normal registration process. What is Eagle Lake's cancellation and refund policy? CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS Refunds of the full tuition, minus the $50 deposit, may be given if a cancellation request is legitimate and is made in writing more than 10 days prior to the scheduled camp week. Deposits are non-refundable. If a registration is cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled camp week, full tuition is forfeited. No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary action, late arrival, or early departure. How can I charter or rent a camp for a large group?
