Just one night in this beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the nice room. The bed was very comfortable. Great nights sleep. I appreciate a hotel with a good bathroom. Clean, stylish and amazing shower. Luxury robe and ambient, soft lighting bathroom night lights. Make sure to reserve a spot for the gym. Clean and well equipped. Lots of room for good workout If you want a great nights sleep, this hotel offers plenty of amenities. The staff was excellent at maintaining COVID-19 standards. I would not hesitate to return. "tops in virtually every category" We had to take an early morning flight out of Minneapolis, and we stayed overnight to make a comfortable transition. The location, hotel, staff, and restaurant are equal to any airport hotel in the world in which we've stayed. It is tops in virtually every category. "conveniently located -less than 10 minutes from the Mall of America" Had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental at MSP Airport! The hotel had a wonderful setup for my friend's birthday weekend! The staff was wonderful and thankfully I was able to check in early so that I could get things set up. The hotel is conveniently located so that if you have a rental, you literally only have a 30 second ride. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes from the Mall of America. Next time, I will use the hotel shuttle to get the airport and utilize the light rail to get to points around town. I typically stay with another major hotel chain, but IHG is making me reconsider who I choose for lodging. This is not the first time the MSP Intercontinental has made it a point to accommodate my last minute needs and made me feel like a valued customer. "clean and fresh" This hotel is the perfect hotel for the short MSP layover. We had an early morning flight and arrived in MSP the night before. The shuttle to/from the hotel was prompt. Check-in/out was a breeze with helpful and friendly receptionists. We ate in the restaurant. Although the menu is limited it presented us with enough choices to please us all. We enjoyed our meal in the socially distanced eating area. Walter, our bartender, was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our conversation and our meal.
