FALM is committed to ensuring that legal decisions are made available to all, on a non-profit basis and free of charge, to remove any barriers of status, income or location and to promote justice, equality, inclusion and the rule of law.IRLII was established to contribute to the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII). IRLII is intended to complement, rather than compete with, BAILII. Apart from providing BAILLI with Irish content, IRLII also offers a number of unique services. We are grateful for the kind sponsorship and support provided by the School of Law at University College Cork (UCC) and by the Arthur Cox Foundation. This is a free service. Much of the early development was done by Dr. Conor O’Mahony and Mícheál O’Dowd2003The IRLII website was completely redesigned and data converted to SQL format in 2003 pursuant to a grant from University College Cork to promote Research into Teaching Excellence. The grant was made jointly to Prof. John Mee and Dr. Darius Whelan. A new logo, the TWIRLII! also debuted.2007 (Launch of Legal Periodicals)LegalPeriodicals.org, which began life as a section of the IRLII website, was given its own identity as it dealt primarily with secondary sources of law rather than the caselaw and legislation more associated with IRLII. The IRLII website was also extensively redesigned to offer more features and make the interface more intuitive.October 2019 (Relaunch)Under the new direction of Prof. Maria Cahill and Dr. Patrick O’Callaghan, UCC’s commitment to FALM was re-invigorated with the help of a dedicated team of student researchers. In order to ensure even greater accessibility of judicial decisions and journal articles published in Ireland, the website was redesigned for a third time and the primary focus shifted to promoting accessibility through social media platforms..vc_custom_1464503408412 .tm-col-overlay{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-right: 50px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;padding-left: 50px !important;}.vc_custom_1464503408412 .tm-col-overlay{background-image: none !important;}.vc_custom_1571188141706 .tm-col-overlay{background-image: url(http://irlii.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/blur-close-up-court-531970.jpg?id=11121) !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: cover !important;}.vc_custom_1571188141706 .tm-col-overlay{background-image: none !important;} .vc_custom_1464699725748 .tm-bg-overlay{padding-top: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}.vc_custom_1464699725748 .tm-bg-overlay { background-image: none !important; } SUPREME COURTView the latest cases by keywordCOURT OF APPEALView the latest cases by keywordHIGH COURTView the latest cases by keywordIRISH MATERIALS ON BAILIISupreme Court Decisions 1998-Court of Appeal Decisions 2014-Court of Criminal Appeal Decisions 2004-High Court Decisions 1996-Competition Authority Decisions 1992-Information Commissioner Decisions 1998-Statutes 1922-Statutory Instruments 1922-Law Reform Commission Publications 1999-LAW ONLINE AT UCCCentre for Criminal Justice and Human RightsCentre for Children’s Rights and Family LawCentre for Law and the EnvironmentCentre for Research in Sports Economics & LawConstitution ProjectFamily Law InformationEuropean Business and Law NetworkInternational Disaster Law ProjectIrish Law SiteLatest TweetsHIGH COURT: Middelkamp v Minister for Justice & Equality (No. 2): www.bailii.org/ie/cases/IEHC/2… #Administrative… twitter.com/i/web/status/15120…April 7, 2022 12:00 pmHIGH COURT: Costello v Minister for Agriculture, Food, and The Marine & Anor: www.bailii.org/ie/cases/IEHC/2…… twitter.com/i/web/status/15117…April 6, 2022 4:00 pmHIGH COURT: Charleton v Hassett: www.bailii.org/ie/cases/IEHC/2… #Property #Mortgage #Loan #OrderForPossession… twitter.com/i/web/status/15117…April 6, 2022 3:00 pmFOLLOW USGet in [email protected] of Law,Aras na Laoi,University College Cork,T12 T656Mon to Fri - 10:00am to 5:00pm Copyright © 2021 Irish Legal Information Initiative.
