A reality built on a dream to become a professional racing team supported by a strong team of passionate and talented drivers, cemented by a special bond with Ferrari. Its debut race was in 2018 and the team won its first championship in 2019. 2020 was an exciting season full of great achievements, crowned by winning the driver and team titles in the Michelin Le Mans Cup. Iron Lynx continues to grow and build up its racing team of remarkable talent who are ready to face the most challenging international endurance events. As a motorsport lab, Iron Lynx provides a comprehensive suite of services including: a racing team, racing academy, exclusive events and incentive agency, gentlemen driver club and storage garage. In 2021, Iron Lynx is competing in seven championships covering GT and single seater racing including the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the third consecutive year. Iron Dames is a special project created and led by Deborah Mayer – entrepreneur, driver and Ferrari ambassador – with the aim of supporting women in motorsport. Since 2019, the all-female driver line up and its Ferrari 488 GTEs have competed in the European Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans and with a Ferrari GT3 EVO in the Michelin Le Mans Cup. The project is poised to inspire the next generation of women to join the world of motorsport and it is now enjoying its biggest season ever, competing in more championships and with an unprecedent number of drivers. In fact, in 2021 the Iron Dames will compete in seven top-level international motorsport competitions, including the European Le Mans Series, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Michelin Le Mans Cup, the Ferreri Challenge, the GT World Challenge Europe, the Italian Formula 4 Championship and, for the first time ever, the FIA World Endurance Championship.
