If you were seeing issues at the time, a reader firmware update should be applied to your reader the next time you open the Square app with the reader connected.If you're still seeing issues, please follow these steps:1) Forget the reader from anywhere it appears in your Bluetooth settings and also the Square app (via Settings > Hardware > Square Card Readers)2) Hold down the button until the lights stop flashing red. This performs a hard reset on the reader3) Once you've reset the reader and your mobile device, try connecting the reader again via the Square POS app, per the instructions at https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5639-set-up-the-square-contactless-chip-card-readerThanks for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue, and apologies for any inconvenience as a result.
