While we have had the privilege of partnering and serving dozens of incredible organizations in the aviation world we have continued to see declines in general aviation. That is why the Lightspeed Aviation Foundation is determined to focus efforts going forward in the area of new pilot growth.Historically, many great organizations have tried to stop the decline of the General Aviation population. But we think there is more that can be done.One of the most recent efforts involves the Growth Initiative. Like past programs, it is designed to empower existing great programs and organizations to help them be more effective in their efforts to grow the pilot community. This is something that the aviation community must do together and we will definitely need your help.
