Focused on design and illustration, his work is characterized by being bold, playful, ironic interpreting shapes through vibrant colors that becomes patterns, textures and compositions. Mixing abstract and figurative elements with geometry and organic structures in a minimal and precise way, he creates scenes that escape reality through fantasy and mystery. A kingdom in the clouds, which can not be seen and neither can have shapes. “Plastic Thoughts” is a fictional paradise where everything is perfect and, therefore, it does not even exist. My first solo exhibition “Plastic Thoughts” took place in the Miscelenea Gallery Barcelona, 2018. The concept of the exhibition is reflected through different sizes of artworks and prints on methacrylate material. Astrogeishas Astrogeishas Astrogeishas Astrogeishas Self-initiated project based on the old Japanese prints of the Ukiyo-e period, revisiting some works of Kitagawa Utamaro as homage, but raised to a dystopian, futuristic level. The contrast that is generated between the figures, which recall the traditions of the geisha – their clothes and their hands – as opposed to their face, the landscape and the elements which seem to be from another planet. The illustration represents a sloth hanging from a tree in a surrealistic and abstract way.
