MathCommunities.org is an initiative of the American Institute of Mathematics (AIM), a nonprofit mathematics research institute funded by the National Science Foundation and based in San Jose, CA. AIM’s mission is to advance mathematical knowledge through collaboration, to broaden participation in the mathematical endeavor, and to increase the awareness of the contributions of the mathematical sciences to society. Through our education programs, we seek to connect practicing mathematicians directly with students and educators for joyful experiences of mathematics.
