We released our 2015 Classic Cuvee and 2015 Rose last autumn and we expect to release our Blanc de blancs from that year soon...The VineyardThe VineyardWe planted our vines in 2012 having analysed several different sites on the estate. The vineyard is south facing, at 50-85 meters altitude, has good protection from wind and frost, and has great mineral balance. The soil is a mixture of greensand and clay over a bedrock of sandstone.The WineryThe WineryWe developed an old dairy unit to create the winery which is next to the vineyard. Being so close means we can protect the quality of the fruit during harvest as there is no delay from vine to press.The Tasting RoomThe Tasting RoomThe tasting room is in the stables next to the house and is a great room to relax and drink wine in.
