Her work is informed by her belief in the alchemy of curiosity, creativity and close collaboration - yet it is multidisciplinary, covering the realms of design, advertising, physical experiences, product development, packaging and production. Kate has worked both client and agency side across Melbourne, London and New York. In an industry where less than 3% of Creative Directors are women, Kate founded Mrs&Mr to right the ratio, and on the basis that good creative is most impactful when married - literally - to brillant strategic thinking. Kate hails from Melbourne, her unbridled optimism and sunny disposition a likely result of growing up down under. Daniel has been leading agencies through his unwavering focus on partnering closely with ambitious client to accelerate growth and leapfrog their competition. Daniel started his career as a brand strategist at Ogilvy and Landor in London & SF. At age 28, he became the youngest agency leader in the US, leading WPP's Berlin Cameron (AdAge and Adweek Agency of the Year) before leaving to head up MDC's Redscout, the world's most coveted Brand Strategy & Innovation agency. Daniel co-founded Mrs&Mr after realizing that continuing to compete with his wife and life partner - an executive design & creative director at another agency - would lead to his demise, and that they'd be better off partnering together.
