View the Program Go to the Store Learn about the Films The North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival’s open call for artists for the 2023 exhibition has opened. Artists of all mediums and experience levels who have work related to human rights, civil rights, or social justice issues are encouraged to participate in the festival. In 2022, there are no submission fees for artists.To be considered, work must be submitted online by midnight CST on Sunday, December 19. Works in progress are accepted for consideration. If selected for exhibition, works must be delivered or dropped off by Tuesday, January 3, 2023. ARTISTS SUBMISSION PORTAL Artists of all mediums – including 2D, 3D, live performance artists, musicians, poets, and writers – should submit their work here.
