One Crash is Too Many Blog Paul Hergott has been a legal columnist for the Kelowna Capital News since January 2007.  In that time, many of Paul’s weekly newspaper columns have road safety as their central theme.  Paul’s One Crash is Too Many Blog is a compilation of his road safety themed columns.
