The hotel is new and clean; there are four fast elevators; the staff are efficient and polite; there’s a wet bar and a coffee maker in each bedroom; and I found the dining experience there to be first-class. The front desk staff were quick, polite, and efficient. It has a wellness & fitness center on the top floor, but I didn’t have a chance to visit it.The hotel is near a modern shopping mall, through which you can access the underground metro rail. That system is easy to use, like the Boston subway: it has four lines, color-coded. Maps of the stops on each line show you which stop you’re at, so you can choose which side of the platform to wait on for the train that takes you to your stop.I plan to make reservations at the Panorama again whenever I get a chance to return to Prague. The personnel is trying hard to be extremely polite and helpful. It’s located just 350m from metro station Pankrac in area of new business sky scrapers. The hotel has 16 floors with restaurant and span on the topmost one. Higher floors offer good view to the city. From northern side one can see Visegrád and Petřín observation tower. Rooms are rather spacious with wardrobe, mini-bar and safe. The safe is opens with a room key, instead of usual code, which is rather insecure.Bathroom with bathtub and equipped with hair drier. The working table is pretty large, but covered with glass. This looks very good, but rather impractical. There is no lights from ceiling in the room. Just a table lamp and torchere in the corner of the room. This leaves working table in half darkness, nice cosy atmosphere, but makes it harder for one’s if you have to work for long time with a laptop.Room has 2 sockets next to the table and one socket next to the bed. There is a TV in the room, which one can watch from the bed.Room service is very good. Internet WiFi connection is also superb.Breakfast is slightly simpler as for 4* hotel. Scrambled and fried eggs, bacon, small sausages, fried potato, cheese and sausage plates, yogurts and several types of flakes. There is also some selection of pastries. I liked koláč with poppy seeds (a round type of open pastry).Hotel has a gym, which has pretty basic equipment. Just 500 meters from the hotel one can find a Central Park, where an outdoor gym is located.If you are tourist bear in mind that it will take 16 minutes by metro to Visegrád, 25-30 minutes to Old Town Square and 30 minutes to Prague Castle. Public transport works extremely well in Prague and is easy to use.Arkady Pankrac shopping center is located just in front of the hotel, which houses many shops and Albert Hypermarket. Another big shopping centers include, but not limited to Nový Smíchov (metro Anděl) and Westfield Chodov (metro Chodov). It is a tall building with large windows and good light coupled with efficient curtains.However it’s the staff that really make the place. My diet can test the limits of any hotels adaptability especially in a culture where most foods contain gluten and milk.However with the help of a manager and a team who communicate well with each other I had delicious food from one venue served in my room on request.Plus breakfast specially adapted in the restaurant.Together with meticulous hygiene, this was an ideal stay .Thank you to all the staff. Upon arrival we requested an room upgrade expecting to pay a bit more, but the hotel did us one better and upgraded us complementary. There is a lot of construction ongoing right next to the hotel, but this did not bother us (in the 20th floor however). All though the hotel is located outside the Old Town and also the New Town but the connectivity with the metro and UBER is pretty easy. The hotel has all the amenities including Spa, Casino, Swimming Pool etc. The rooms are also spacious and nicely furnished. There is a very nice mall also just behind the hotel. The breakfast was also pretty decent. Although the front offie of the hotel is very very slow. That is the only one negative thing about this hotel. They take a lifetime to understand and execute anything. Other than that the hotel is a very good option to explore Prague. Hotel is 1 min away from a big shopping center and 3 metro station to downtown(~0,9 eur single ticket). Hotel has 24 floors but lifts are fast and had no problem in Easter time. Staff is very helpful and friendly(especially thanks to Ms Lenka and Mr Mark). Even hotel was full at that time , we had no bad issue.Only negative comment is there is a building construction near the hotel but we had no disturbing noise.
