Today, clubs across the league participate by sharing resources, stories & breaking the stigma about mental health issues. Break the Ice, a mental wellness movement for each and every Penguins fan, was established by the Penguins Foundation & Citrone 33 in 2020. This season, through #BreakTheIce, fans are challenged to connect with one another & to take positive action regarding their own mental wellness + that of their loved ones.
