Is your organization READY to undertake the work? Does your team THINK strategically? Many nonprofits create a strategic plan, only for it to end up on a shelf gathering dust. VEC expert consultants Elaine Green and Marla Hexter will explore when and why to develop a strategic plan, how to determine who should be involved, the preparation needed to be successful, what strategic thinking is and why it matters. This session will not address how to write a strategic plan, but rather the focus will be on how to create a framework to best guide your organization moving forward. Learn more and register:  https://vec-rsvp-strategic-thinking.eventbrite.com View All > Our MissionThe mission of the Foundation is to financially support organizations that help those struggling daily with the effects of poverty.Read More Funding Areasclick on an icon to learn more Community Development Education Health Human Services Youth Development Featured Grantee 12+12+ partners with high schools in underserved communities to build school cultures where all students have access to a quality postsecondary opportunity.
