Safe Routes to School Data Collection System Safe Routes Data System Update: Moving to Archive Phase on April 1 As announced in January 2022, full services offered through the Safe Routes Data System will be transitioning on April 1. In response to user requests, and with financial support from the UNC Highway Safety Research Center, which has maintained the Data System for the past 15 years, the Data System will remain online in an archive phase until June 30, 2022. This additional three-month period is available to give existing users extra time to download saved travel data. If new funding for the Data System becomes available and we are able to fully re-open our capabilities, we will alert all users. Thank you for using the Data System and for your commitment to supporting safe, active travel to school.
