Home Program Speakers Organizers Location Accomodation Poster Sessions PosterGallery Home Program Speakers Organizers Location Accomodation Poster Sessions Poster GalleryHomeDear Colleagues,It is our great pleasure to cordially welcome you to the 13TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ONSYSTEMS BIOLOGY OF HUMAN DISEASE - SBHD 2021The SBHD conference series is a bi‑national annual event initially launched by Peter Sorger and colleagues at Harvard Medical School in 2008 with its location alternating between the USA and Germany.SBHD 2021 will take place in Berlin, the sparkling capital of Germany, hosted by Charité Universitaetsmedizin Berlin and the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) for the second time.The conference focuses on systems biology approaches for the understanding, diagnosis, and therapy of human diseases.We look forward to welcome top‑class national and international scientists speaking on the highly up‑to‑date topics: "Single cell applications in health and disease", "Machine learning based models", "Multidimensional data from population cohorts", and "From clinical trials to real world evidence".In addition to talks given by invited speakers, the SBHD has had a good tradition of including short and lightning talks, as well as extended poster sessions selected from submitted abstracts.We are especially once again proud to award the Anne Heidenthal Prize for Fluorescence Research sponsored by the Chroma Technology Corp.In the evening of the second conference day, we will have our traditional conference dinner with good food and drinks while listening, and dancing to great music. The event is a perfect opportunity for social networking between the participants.
