Our Trust is duly registered as public Charitable Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act. 1950. Ours is the Trust registered u/s 12A (a) of the Income tax Act, 1961 bearing Registration No. THN/C.I.T.-I/Tech.1/12A/319/2009-10/91. Similarly, donations given to our trust are duly eligible for getting deductions u/ 80G(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to the donors, as the trust is an approved institution under Section 80G(5) (vi) of the Income tax Act, 1961.
