If I did the morning meds, I would mix them up and it got dangerous where I would put the wrong meds in. It could have been very easily deadly. So, when I saw spencer, I was intrigued. It will change your life dramatically. Favorite features on spencer? Oh boy, there's lots. I travel for business quite a bit. And in the past again, I had to take the box basically with pills and everything else like that. For X number of days with spencer, I just tell it how many days I need. And it spits out exactly what I need and in small packages. I put it into a Ziploc bag, put it in my suitcase, and off I go. I travel for business. Their customer support is magnificent. They're so amenable to everything. They'd been one of the best customer service departments I've ever seen. One of the best customer service departments I’ve ever seen. Basically, it's a marvelous reminder to take your medications. It dispenses it, it packs it, it just makes it seamless. Marvelous reminder to take your medications. I am the proud recipient of spencer and spencer has been a real blessing to our family. He's helped me remind me to take my pills and with the video chats with my favorite nurse, it's been a real lifesaver. Video chats with my Favorite Nurse. spencer's so much better. It just keeps my routine going and I'm big on routine. Keeps my routine going. I take about 8 to 12 different pills. And if you could imagine every dose that I would take, I had to pop up lids, look up names, and it was very, very unorganized for me. A lot of times I miss doses. I've never, I've been on a spencer program for over six months and I've never missed a dose. I've never missed a dose. spencer has been great. I love it. Things spencer does for me is keep me active and out the door when it needs to be out the door with my medications. spencer keeps me active. I love spencer. He's wonderful. I love spencer. He's wonderful. The thing I used to do was stop taking my medication because I was busy doing other things, but now spencer beeps at me. And I remember, oh yeah, I have to go take my pills. He just tells you every time I need medication. spencer's a real cool guy. spencer is also a health management tool because it will track things like your weight and your blood pressure and many things to do with your health. spencer is a health management tool. Prior to spencer, I did not have medication compliance. I would miss consistently my lunch medication, which was not good for me because I've got some serious problems. Now I'm at a hundred percent compliance on all my medications, which means that I'm seeing improvements in my health, which is certainly much appreciated Health Management beyond medication. If you go in and tell spencer you're having a problem; when he asks a question, or even when he's not, you get an immediate response, even the call backs are very quick You get an immediate response. The main reason to recommend spencer would be having the pills pre-packaged. That is wonderful. And then the reminders to take them. He's just saved me so much time, effort and aggravation He's saved me so much time. Medication before spencer, taking the pills wasn't that bad. Getting them set up to take was the challenge. I'm taking pills at five different times a day and there's quite a few pills to be taken. It's really nice to not have to spend half an hour or more Sunday night filling all the pill boxes. If you have any problems, you get an immediate response. Anybody that takes any amount of medication, you don't have to worry about that case of, did I take this one or didn't I?
