SEE OUR FULL SCHEDULECLASSES HOUSE YOGA We shortened the classic 90 minute Bikram Yoga, also known as 26 & 2, and made it doable for everyone, no matter what your schedule is like! The same healing and therapeutic postures as the original, but most of the postures are only practiced once or with a flow. This is a 60 minute class where you can sweat, move and heal. FIND A CLASS HOUSE YOGA+ This one puts a fun twist on the original hot 90. Practiced to music, fun variations are offered in the second set to challenge your practice and help you feel strong, try something new and feel amazing. FIND A CLASS HOT VINYASA With soothing music in the background, this yoga flow is athletic and challenging. It helps you build strength, improves flexibility and brings peace to your day. FIND A CLASS FLOW TO YIN Ramp up your workout for the first half of class with soothing music in the background, this yoga flow is athletic and challenging. It helps you build strength, improves flexibility and brings peace to your day.Wind down at the end of class with a sample of Yin yoga! It is a slow practice where seated poses are held for a longer period of time than your average yoga pose. Yin encourages you to slow the body and mind. FIND A CLASS HOUSE YIN Heal your body using yin yoga - ditch the downward facing dogs, planks, weights, and bands and get ready to work your body in a whole new way.Yin yoga is a slow practice where seated poses are held for 2 to 5 minutes each, working deep into the connective tissue of the body. Set to slow acoustic covers, yin encourages you to slow the body and mind.2 Blocks are required for class. Please bring your own if you have them, if not you may borrow from the studio. FIND A CLASS HOUSE HIIT+ Do you want to lose weight, get stronger, and get results quickly? House HIIT+ adds resistance bands and weights to increase your cardiovascular health even faster. Build strength, mobility and pump up your workout. FIND A CLASS YOGALATES The perfect combo! A vinyasa based class with a focus on core strength with some simple Pilates movements mixed in. It's one knock-out practice. It will strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up there.. You are going to work your CORE, build stability and have so much fun while getting an incredible work out! FIND A CLASS YOGALATES+ An amped up version of Yogalates with the addition of weights and bands! Perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners. As always, weights are optional. You can still get a killer workout if you choose to forgo the weights! Find A Class HOUSE BARRE FLOW+ Get your whole body working with this Barre inspired pilates class. It's the perfect low impact workout to build strength, improve your core and still fit in some yoga. It is a total body workout that targets hips, glutes, abs and arms.Light weights and props are used in class.
