All chorizos, saffron and rice, are imported from Spain. Paella AmbassadorsSylvia has been cooking Paella for almost 20 years. She fell in love with the dish while visiting the Calpe coast of Spain, south of Valencia, when she was 17 years old. They partnered with the small sandwich shop next door in 2013 and financed the build out of the full service restaurant it is today. David’s background is Finance in the hospitality & gaming industry, while Sylvia’s is in Administration, also in hospitality.
