Felix and Werwick were our guides and they were friendly, funny and professional. Mia was one of the ranger drivers and she was also super personable and sweet! Honestly if you've ever thought of it, JUST DO IT! It doesn't take as much courage as one may think. I would never bungee jump or parachute, but this is a surprisingly calming flying effect of an adventure! No Fear, just peaceful enjoyment. We were waffeling between Ziptrek and Superfly, but decided to go with Superfly as there is more scenery than tree tops, also a seat harness for comfort. I'm sure Ziptrek is amazing as well, however Superfly had the Amazing Twin Guides Ava and Mia that made this trip THE BEST EXPERIENCE !
