Telacoya921HomeLinkTelacoya921の保育Info NEW!!About meblogContactwelcome Telacoya921＊　「2022年度新入園児募集」については、Info NEW!!　をご確認ください。初めまして。＊うみとやまのおうちえんTelacoya921（テラコヤクニイ）です。２歳児から６歳児（就学前）の子どもたちが共に学び合う場所です。遊ぶ。遊ぶ中からたくさんのことを学びます。子どもの「ねっこのちから」を育てます。（２０１７年１０月７日ブログをご覧下さい）卒園してもその「ねっこのちから」を信じます。telacoya921には「どっちでもいい」「ジャンケンで決める」「多数決」はありません。子どもたちがとことん話し合って決めます。相談して決まったからには、子どもなりに責任を持って取り組みます。子どもからヘルプの要請があれば、大人は最低限の頼まれたことだけ助けます。大人はちょっとだけ知っていることが多いので、たまには教えたりもします。毎日の散歩の行き先は、年長児が話し合いで決めます。大人は、この天気ならきっと海かと思って水着着て用意していたら、山になることだってあります。安全管理は資格を持ったスタッフがしっかりします。子どもは外で遊ぶもの、逗子と葉山の環境を生かして山や海で思い切り遊びながら、自分で考える力、仲間と協力する大切さ、心と身体の健康、そして人として大切な事を自然に身につけます。便利な世の中だからこそ、あえて不便を楽しむ！四季を感じる自然の中で学ばせてもらいましょう！一人一人を大切にし、子ども同士で育ち合う環境を守ります。与える保育から待って引き出す保育を大切にします。毎日のおやつは必ずちょっとお手伝いしながら手作りするなど、少人数ならではの経験を大切にする保育を心がけます。Children from the age of 2 to 6 years old (pre-school) are encouraged to learn together.Telacoya 921 does not have “whichever”,”anything is good”, “decide with janken”, “majority vote”.Children decide after talking with each other.
