WOMEN VETERANS: Empowering Veterans of Kern County is excited to host the 3rd Camp Bliss event for women veterans of Kern County.Six women veterans will be treated to a morning of activities in an equine environment in order to promote mental health and emotional growth.Your morning will begin with unmounted activities using horses to promote self-awareness, communication, self-esteem, confidence, & team building.
