Thelead paste, lead grid or lead ore will have reduction reaction and become crudelead. The crude lead can be sold directly or put into lead refiningkettle/pot for furtherrefining process and beingcasted into ingots. Unionsum has rich experience in providing complete systemaccording to customer requirements. Lead refining & melting kettle/pot The UNIONSUM tailor-made lead refining pot issupported by stove and covered by mobile cover. Inside the stove, there are refractorymaterials. The off-gas from lead refining kettle/pot and stove is collected and treated by dust collector. Spent lead acid battery breaking and separation system Spent lead acid battery breaking andseparation system is fully automatic environmentally friendly battery scraprecycling system. Through the system, batteries are crushedinto pieces by breaking machine, and then the lead paste will be washed in thevibrating screen into the lead paste sedimentation boat. The oversized partfrom the vibrating screen then enters hydraulic separator. Through hydraulicseparation, PP, heavy plastic and lead grids are separated from each other. Leadpaste in the sedimentation boat will be stirred into suspended state in leadslurry mixing tank and then pumpedto pre-desulfurization device when it achieves an appropriate status. Afterdesulfurization, it will be sentto filter press to remove water and be stored in pit. Processincludes: Battery unloading and storage Electrolyte collecting and filtering Battery charging Battery breaking Separating Lead plaster filter-pressing and storage Acid mist collecting and washing Through the process, the batteries will beseparated into lead paste, lead grid, PP, and heavy plastics. PCB recycling machine This system is used to dismantling,crushing PCBs (Printed circuit boards). After separation,fiber powder, resin powder and copper powder can be got. Semi-automatic lead ingot casting machine The machine is used after lead refining or composition adjustment in thelead kettle. The metal will be casted into suitable ingots for storage andtransportation. The whole system mainly includes ingot moulds, rotating base,casting tundish, lead liquid outlet, and water cooling. Full-automatic lead ingot casting and stacking machine The machine is mainly used to cast lead liquid into mould, cool it forcondensation of standard ingots, and stack the lead ingots one layer by onelayer automatically. It can achieve full automatic control of the wholeproduction process, so as to improve the production efficiency and save thelabour cost, meanwhile the ingot quality is comparatively better. The wholesystem consists oflead liquid level control device, ingot casting device, stacking device,hydraulic system, electric control part and microcomputer control system.
