Todd had no problem delivering a Unit to my property so the necessary reconstruction could be done. Before I talked to Todd, I had contacted another company. After they took a deposit, they informed me that a container could not be delivered due to minor amount of snow in my driveway. I cancelled my order and called Todd. Bobby Medina3/26/2022 We suffered smoke, soot, & ash damage to our house from the Marshall Fire & needed restoration done to the entire house. We needed the restoration company to be able to package & store our house items immediately for cleaning the inside of the house & storing all our interior items. Other storage pod companies I called were too busy & did not have immediate delivery of a pod available. UNITS not only had a large enough pod available ASAP but also delivered the day after I called. The pod unit was clean & perfect size for our needs. UNITS was reasonable in price & super easy to contact & continue to keep the pod onsite with auto charge of monthly fee. When I called to let them know that we were ready to have the UNITS POD removed, Todd took care of my request immediately, offered day & time options for pod pickup & was so kind, polite, caring & respectful. I would use &/or recommend them again in a heartbeat. Great company to work with - my neighbors were envious of my storage pod idea, as most of them remained in their homes while restoration cleaning was done around them. The motorized dolly they use to move the container in place is a genius thing - easily moves the container into tight spaces. The container was picked up in time. The service was nice and clean!
