It is a traditional Cretan mansion built out of limestone and pine wood and not using bricks and cement. This is not a property like those rented to the tourist hordes.The villa is built on a 500 square meter land plot; the size of the house is 130 square meters. The surrounding area is beautiful; a green landscape in a quite area away from the more popular tourist areas of Rethymnon, but close enough to allow you short trips for your entertainment as many interesting places are in Rethymnon, including museums the port and many other.Before your arrival, the villa will be sterilized for COVID-19 by a professional cleaning company. “The house is located just outside of Pines, with only a direct neighbor it is very quiet and secluded. The pool and garden area is spacious and well maintained. The House is built in a country typical construction and has a very spacious floor plan. In the bedrooms there is air conditioning. The decor is in country style.
