All jobs of our projects go through this pre-construction process. It is the the key to setting realistic expectations, budgets, timelines and goals prior to any major work being done. Ultimately this step reduces many surprises, and costly changes and delays along the way We work with a catalog of reputable local designers and vendors to ensure personalized style and quality.Step 2:Project Management. WORKS by JD’s operations team includes in-house project managers, carpenters and painters.  We will subcontract specialty trades to the area’s most reputable companies. We utilize an industry leading project management platforms to provide you with daily updates and a window into your job. This client web portal will prevent you from ever feeling out of touch with the project.Step 3:Accountability. We have managed your project’s design, quality of materials, products and the craftsmanship from start to finish. Our promise to you is that, “WORKS by JD will stand by it’s craftsmanship with an unheard of 5-year warranty.”   We do this to ensure our quality of work outlasts the industry standard 1-yr warranty.
