Who will tell you what you need to hear – not what they think you want to hear? Do you want to build a values-based organization, and feel overwhelmed at how, exactly, to do that? Then this coaching is for you.Interested in executive coaching? Please contact me here to see if we are a fit! Read more about Executive Coaching I have coached leaders in healthcare for 10+ years, and my work has grown to include leaders in social good businesses and corporations. I work 1:1 with a select number of executive leaders, helping them to gain skills and create strategies in the following areas:Launching Feedback Loops: How to create systems of communication and reporting in your organization that provide multiple pathways (loops) for employees to flag issues or concernsMentoring on Mentorship: How to model leadership for those who report to you, and how to teach leadership and advanced management skills to your mentees + direct reportsTowards Equitable Workplaces: A focus on learning to recognize your own biases and own your mistakes, and how to move forward with support and accountability to foster belonging. Additionally, how to manage the process of creating that change (roadmap, personal evaluation process, etc)Priorities NOW: Today, it can feel like *everything* needs to be a top priority, from internal initiatives to a new program launch. In these sessions, we move from the micro to macro vision: getting into the nitty gritty of a particularly thorny or charged process and stepping way back to align with values, the change that is constant, and what is trying to emerge. These kinds of sessions often include a Resource Survey, a framework that proactively assesses available resources to leverage in times of crisis. Client Generated Emergent Topic: Often, clients need an outside perspective on a specific issue or challenge that may become a full-blown crisis. These sessions vary widely, and often include discussion of change management and implementing practices to resource against burnout.
